Ryan Crotin is a sports scientist and professional strength coach who has worked in Major League Baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals, Baltimore Orioles and most recently, the Los Angeles Angels. His former position as Director of Performance Integration involved using sport science to improve the way the organization treats, trains, coaches and scouts baseball players. Ryan has an interdisciplinary PhD in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics studying fatigue in baseball pitchers and its effect on throwing velocity and shoulder and elbow forces.
